Aubrey Whittier is a licensed acupuncturist and owner of Edgewood Natural Health, serving the Milton–Edgewood community. She specializes in orthopedic acupuncture, pain management, neuro-scalp acupuncture, and acupoint injection therapy. Aubrey treats sports injuries, auto accident injuries, post-surgical pain, and supports post-stroke and neurological recovery.
She earned her Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture and completed advanced clinical training in neurological and post-stroke rehabilitation.


John Frostad, AEMP
Licensed Acupuncturist
John is a highly experienced licensed acupuncturist and Founder of Edgewood Natural Health, serving the Milton–Edgewood community for over 25 years. He trained at Bastyr University in Seattle, WA, and has extensive experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
John specializes in Traditional Chinese acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and Tuina (Chinese medical massage). He focuses on pain management, musculoskeletal conditions, stress-related disorders, and whole-body wellness.
In addition to his practice, John has taught Traditional Chinese medical diagnosis and served as adjunct faculty at Bastyr University, offering his expertise in anatomy, physiology, and Eastern massage methods. His comprehensive approach allows for customized treatment plans aimed at reducing pain and supporting long-term health.
Claudia L. Montgomery, LMT

Claudia Montgomery is a highly experienced licensed massage therapist with over 20 years of professional practice dedicated to helping clients relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve overall wellness. Through customized therapeutic massage sessions, Claudia combines proven techniques with an intuitive, caring approach to support each client’s unique health goals.
Specializing in relaxation massage, therapeutic bodywork, and wellness-focused treatments, Claudia is committed to creating a calm, restorative experience for every client. Her long-standing passion for the healing arts is matched by her belief in the importance of maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
When she’s not in the treatment room, Claudia enjoys weaving, staying active through regular exercise, and traveling to explore new cultures and destinations.
