- NEW PATIENTS: Please be certain to check your insurance coverage and have all referrals or prescriptions in order before your first visit. You may also want to fill out our intake forms in advance; you can find them in the Information section of the site.
- The system will not let you schedule same-day appointments. If you need to be seen today, please call (253) 927-5905
- The system will not let you change appointments within 12 hours of your visit, please call the office to reschedule.
- We reserve the right to charge for appointments that are missed or canceled late.
